Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on June 21, 2021 found that Interim Healthcare Services of NE PA, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 PA Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on April 23, 2021.
